Deep Expertise Grounded in Experience
Over the past three decades, we’ve solved some of the toughest tech problems in business.
From being corporate planning and forecasting pioneers, to crafting data strategy for particle accelerators to better understand the origins of the universe, to co-authoring the roadmap for adopting AI in the public sector years before LLMs became commonplace, our core team has lived on the cutting edge of applied innovation.
We live in practice, not theory.
Solving real-world problems in the most complex scenarios allows us to see the ‘art of the possible.’ We understand what today’s tech can do. More importantly, we also understand what it can’t do.
It's Always Man and Machine
Our decades of experience across fintech, pharmaceuticals, media, defense, manufacturing, and the public sector have led to our ‘man and machine’ approach to solution design. There are certain things humans do best, and others that machines do better.
Our approach combines both into groundbreaking solutions that not only solve intractable problems but are also intentionally designed to be simple and elegant.
"ML is no panacea. The flexibility and power of ML techniques have a dark side. When misused, ML algorithms will confuse statistical flukes with patterns.
This fact, combined with the low signal-to-noise ratio that characterizes finance, all but ensures that careless users will produce false discoveries at an ever-greater speed."
